Comment Highlights

  • "So far, there's only good comments. I'm enjoying driving again! It's peppy, and a compact, yet roomy car, which is super easy to drive. The e power battery/engine system works well, and I'm adjusting to power switching between the two systems. It's too early to note fuel savings, but it certainly feels good to be reducing CO2 emissions."

  • "I've only own the 2018 nissan note nismo e power a short time but I can say in the time I've owned it , it's been a really good car. The e power hybrid drive works really well and the car drives really smoothly as it has no gears. It has a good suite of safety features. The nismo body kit and parts look really good and this note has the radar cruise control which is really nice too on longer trips."

  • "Amazing car. It performs way better than any other small engined car I have ever driven and has great fuel economy. Very roomy back seat space."
    — David O - 2018 Nissan Note E-POWER
  • "I'm so happy with my new car! It's stylish and for a small motor it's super powerful. Having 2 children, space was important for me - and it is very spacious from the inside with a decent sized boot space. But the best feature is the incredible fuel economy. My Nissan Note will take me about 800kms for a single tank of fuel! I also really love the 360 cameras and the safety breaking features. The car automatically notifies me if I go near another car or if someone comes too close to me and if its too close, it will automatically stop. (at a low km)"

  • "Drives very smoothly and is super fuel efficient. Feel very comfortable and safe in this car."
    — Maggie L - 2018 Nissan Note HYBRID
  • "At the time of writing this review, I only had my car for a week. So far, I love it very much. The e-power makes it completely electric motor driven which makes it super smooth and powerful. It can climb any incline with ease and when running on electric power only, it's completely silent. Also has a 5-star safety rating. It has auto regenerative braking which means that if I let go of the pedal, it will automatically start braking to recharge the battery without wearing out the actual brakes. Once you get used to the system, you can drive around with only one pedal without the need to swap back and forth between the "go" and "brake" pedals. I only press the brakes while waiting at red lights or when I need to slow down quickly. It's very fuel efficient. Driving on "eco" mode gives me about 24km/L as reported by the car's dashboard. It's also very spacious and comfortable. The glovebox space is huge. Cons: When the petrol engine starts running to recharge the battery, it makes a bit of noise. However, it only feels loud because it goes from complete silence to noise. Normal petrol cars have constant engine running noise so your ears get used to it and it doesn't feel like much. So it feels loud but it's only noticeable when driving under 30km/h without any music playing. When driving above 50km/h, the road noise drowns out the engine noise so it's hardly noticeable, especially if you're also playing music in the car. The boot is slightly smaller than other comparable hatchbacks. No spare tire because it's housing the car's battery there. No center arm rest or arm rest box, though you can buy 3rd party ones from aliexpress and slot it in. Overall, I highly recommend this model. I used to be a Toyota fan and was actually planning to buy a Toyota hybrid but not anymore ever since I saw and got this model."

  • "Adapting to our first Hybrid car from Petrol SUV is no problem at all."
    — Larry C - 2018 Nissan Note E-POWER Bluetooth
  • "Once you get used to the one pedal drive, it was very smooth and efficient. It also has a huge amount of boot space and leg room in the back seat for a small car."

  • "Great little hybrid."
