  • "I didn't have a lot of experience with electric cars prior to buying this. We were mainly interested due to the increasing cost of fuel. The Leaf has surprised me how nice it is to drive around town - smooth and handles speed bumps well, quick acceleration, and loving all the camera angles for parking. Charging has been easy - justy plug it in at the end of the day. We're not really getting close to its limits on range (230ish km) so happy to use air conditioning etc. The increase on our power bill has been negligible so it seems like a very good decision. We do have another car so longer out of town trips and towing are covered that way. It's good to know that in the future we will be able to replace the battery at a reasonable price."
