  • "After only 3 weeks or so I'm still getting to know this car, but I would definitely recommend going for at least the mid-sized battery if you have any intention of driving outside your city. It has a claimed range of 270km, which is probably accurate for urban driving, and we're finding a couple of overnight charges a week is fine. I've also tried a longer trip (500 or so kms) just to see how it performs. The range is definitely less (closer to 200km) when travelling at up to 100kmh for long periods, so it takes a bit of planning ahead for the inevitable charging stops."

We took it to Rangiora from Chch city for a BBQ on our first weekend and it was great. We got the 30Kw, we intend to use this car for going to work and driving around the city in the weekend. We are high km travellers, we would need to charge approx 3 times per week. We are with Electric Kiwi, the charges barely made a dent on the app - approx $6-$8 - how good. I would recommend 30kw at minimum for a runaround car."
