Comment Highlights

  • "It is nice to drive but if you are looking at the PHEV for fuel economy don't waist your time. If you drive in town only it may work for you. However if you will be regular traveling long distance it does not work out that much better than a standard petrol car."
    — Brendan J - 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV 2000
  • "Great for PHEV EV mode for local driving yet still 4WD SUV."
    — Andrew K - 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV G Safety Package
  • "The fuel economy is what sold us on this vehicle. I have driven it for a week and have not had to put a drop of petrol in it. I’ve probably used less than a quarter of the tank! We are basically operating this car cost free (aside from our finance). Our car has gained a lot of interest from family and friends who now are considering not just a hybrid but a plug in hybrid. Now that we have ours, we would never go back!"
    — Ezekiel P - 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV
  • "Car looks great and super comfortable"
    — Brendan A - 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV G 4WD Plug in Hybrid

  • "Nice to drive. Seems very economical around town and ok on the open road too. Took 38L of petrol to drive from Mercer/Pokeno to Palmy Nth with two kayaks on the roof."
    — Carl M - 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV Plug in Hybrid
  • "I'm only owned it a couple of weeks and already I've been away tramping in both the Ruahine and Tararua Ranges and both times the 4WD facility was used and it simply glided through the rough terrain. I'm one very happy chappy."
    — Brett G - 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV Plug in Hybrid
  • "This car is like new. There is very comfortable inside, silently and economically car"
    — Natalia A - 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV G Safety Package
  • "The really main reason to buy this car was the PHEV modification. As advertised on Trade me and suggested by the salesman (Peter), that the car runs atleast 80kms after the battery is fully charged is a myth. It hardly runs 20 kms and the battery drains. This is hurting me every day now. Otherwise I would have looked to get the new one instead."
    — Rajendra C - 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV Plug in Hybrid
  • "The fuel economy is simply outstanding, no petrol usage at all for shorter trips around town."
    — Ashley R - 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Phev
  • "Great family vehicle - heaps of space, even with the battery, and an enjoyable drive. Haven't had to use any gas for the local trips between home, school, work and local amenities. Great on the highway, and tons of room for a packed up boot, for longer trips too."
    — Oliviah T - 2014 Mitsubishi OUTLANDER PHEV G 4WD Plug in Hybrid
