NZD3200 not including labor) in the future and that even if I did so it was still considerably cheaper than buying a used one of similar age from Toyota NZ. Using the Dr Prius Android app I measured the battery to have 71% of its new capacity. Another potential cost is the 12V lead acid battery, which for a hybrid will cost approx NZD500 because they need to be able to withstand starting the engine frequently. Overall, I really like the car and its fuel economy."
