My process of buying the car went fast and smooth. I found the car on trade me and for me was important to show it to my wife. We visited car yard just for quick review during the working week and guys provide us excellent assistance. I returned to the yard on Saturday prepared and checked the car and took a ride. Nobody pushed me for making decision and once it was done Louise arranged all required papers, plate numbers and insurance. She answered all my questions and still clarifying some nuances for me via email, even after I bought the car. Clever guys and nice service

As I walked in the cars are presented in a suitable manner in the yard. As I began to enter the store I was greeted by a worker who was knowledgeable about the car I was after. He then directed me to go see Louise who was very helpful with the whole process. She was patient and it felt like there was no pressure involved. She was also prompt and followed up quickly with the required documentation. I also asked many questions in which she was able to help answer and eventually lead to me purchasing a car. Thanks very much Louise.
Yue and Louise were fantastic to deal with. Very helpful with arranging the sale, after sale radio fitting and putting me in touch with a new FOB.
All the services was Excellent. All the staff was nice and friendly, they give me a lot of information about the car and Financial that makes it easy to choose the car.

Amazing customer service
Honestly, I found the sales person ok and helpful but no knowledge cars, for example the car has a stop and start which is doesn't work all the time and also the stop and start system didn't show on the window advertising chart, front right tyres I requested to be looked at because it was flat, they just put air inside and found out 3 days after it flat again, so I haven't been offered a good service.
Louise Xaio and her colleague are amazing. Highly recommend to visit there !!!
